At Hip Paper, we aim to ensure your personalised party decorations arrive in perfect condition and in time for your celebration. Please review our Shipping Policy below for details on processing times, delivery options, and other important information.


1. Processing Time

  • Standard Personalised Orders: Orders are crafted within 5–7 business days to ensure the highest quality.
  • Custom Designs or Special Requests: For custom-designed products, please allow at least 15 business days for production and shipping.
  • Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

2. Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship within Australia only.
  • Shipping to other countries is not available at this time, but we hope to expand in the future.

3. Shipping Options and Delivery Times

We partner with Australia Post to deliver your orders safely and efficiently. Shipping options include:

  • Standard Shipping: Delivery within 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.
  • Express Shipping: Delivery within 1–3 business days after dispatch for urgent orders. Select this option at checkout for an additional fee.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected.
  • Free shipping may be offered for promotional events or bulk orders; details will be specified on the relevant product pages or during checkout.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number and instructions on how to track your shipment through the Australia Post website.

6. Risk of Loss

  • Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery.
  • If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately at hey@hippaper.com.au so we can assist you.

7. Delivery Issues

  • If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery timeframe, please allow an additional 2–3 business days before contacting us, as delays may occur due to external factors.
  • Ensure that your shipping address is correct when placing your order. Hip Paper is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

8. Undeliverable Packages

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or refusal to accept delivery, additional shipping fees may apply for resending the package.
